【摘要】:1.1Thesetestsareintendedtodeterminethefireresistanceofgreaseductenclosureassemblies.Theserequirementslimitthecombustibility,thesurfaceflammability,andthesmokegenerationpotentialofthecoveringsusedtoenclosethegreaseduct.Inaddition,theserequirementsevaluatetheeffectivenessofthecombinationofthegreaseductandtheenclosureasafireratedenclosuresystemandthroughpenetrationfirestopsystem,aswellastheenclosure''seffectonthegreaseduct.1.2Thefireenduranceratingsforgreaseductenclosureassembliesareintendedtoregisterperformanceduringtheperiodoffireexposureandarenotintendedtobeinterpretedashavingdeterminedtheacceptabilityofthegreaseductassemblyforusebeforeorafterfireexposure.Theintentofthesemethodsistodevelopdatatoassistothersindeterminingthesuitabilityofthegreaseductassemblywherefireresistanceisrequired.1.3Theserequirementsareintendedtoevaluatetheabilityofgreaseductenclosureassembliesspecifiedin1.1tocontainaninternalfireorrepelanexternalfireduringpredeterminedtestexposures.Thetestevaluatesthegreaseductassembly'sresistancetofire,heat,andtoahosestream.1.4RequirementscoveringtheconstructionandperformancerequirementsofproprietarygreaseductsarecontainedintheStandardforGreaseDucts,UL1978.Allducts,bothproprietaryandnon-proprietary,shallcomplywithinstallationrequirementsoftheStandardforVentilationControlandFireProtectionofCommercialCookingOperations,NFPA96,andtheInternationalMechanicalCode.1.5Undertheserequirementsagreaseductenclosureassemblyissubjectedtostandardinternalandexternalfireexposurescontrolledtoachievespecifiedtemperaturesthroughoutaspecifiedtimeperiod.1.6Duringtheinternalfireexposure,oneoftwoinstallationconditionmethodsistobeselectedtomeasuretemperaturesnearoronthesurfaceofthegreaseductenclosurematerialawayfromthegreaseduct.Onemethodoftemperaturemeasurementisintendedforallinstallationsexceptforinstallationswithinnon-ventilatedcombustibleenclosures.Thesecondmethodoftemperaturemeasurementisintendedforinstallationswithinnon-ventilatedcombustibleenclosures.1.7Theseexposuresbythemselvesarenotintendedtoberepresentativeofallfireconditions;conditionsvarywithchangesintheamount,nature,anddistributionoffireloading,ventilation,compartmentsizeandconfiguration,andheatsinkcharacteristicsofthecompartment.1.8Theserequirementscoverthemeasurementofthetransmissionofheatthroughthegreaseductassemblyandthepassageofheatandgaseshotenoughtoignitecottonwaste.1.9Theserequirementsprovidearelativemeasureoffireperformanceunderthesespecifiedfireexposureconditions.Anyvariationfromtheconstructionorconditionsthataretested,suchasmethodofassemblyandmaterials,isnotwithinthescopeofthistestmethod.1.10Theresultsofthesetestsrepresentonefactorinassessingfireperformanceofgreaseductassemblies.Theserequirementsprescribestandardfireexposuresforassessingtheperformanceofgreaseductassemblies.Applicationofthesetestresultstopredicttheperformanceofactualbuildingconstructionrequirescarefulevaluationoftestdata.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherelevantcharacteristicsofgeosyntheticbarriers(polymeric,clayandbituminousgeosyntheticbarriers),usedasfluidharriersininfrastructureworks,e.groadsrailroads,runwaysofairports,andtheappropriatetestmethodstodeterminethesecharacteristics.TunnelsandundergroundstructuresareaddressedinEN13491Theintendeduseoftheseproductsistocontrolthepathwayofliquidsthroughtheconstructionandtolimitanycontaminatbon,egbyde-icingproducts,ofgroundwaterorwatersources.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletogeosyntheticbarriers,butnottogeotextilesorgeotextile-relatedproducts,asdefinedinENISO10318.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesfortheevaluationofconformityoftheproducttothisEuropeanStandardThisEuropeanStandarddefinesrequirementstobemetbymanufacturersandtheirauthorisedrepresentativeswithregardtothepresentationofproductproperties.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverapplicationswherethegeosyntheticbarrierwillbeincontactwithwater9thathasbeentreatedforhumanconsumption.Inthesecasesotherrelevantstandards,requirementsand/orregulationsshouldbeobserved.
