【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,performance,primarypackagingandlabellingofaerialwheelsandthecorrespondingtestmethods.Itisapplicabletofireworkswhichareclassifiedasaerialwheelsincategory3inEN14035-2andwhicharesuppliedtogetherwithalaunchingdevice.Itisnotapplicabletoaerialwheelscontainingpyrotechniccompositionthatincludesanyofthefollowingsubstances:—arsenicorarseniccompounds;—mixturescontainingamassfractionofchloratesgreaterthan80%;—mixturesofchlorateswithmetals;—mixturesofchlorateswithredphosphorus;—mixturesofchlorateswithpotassiumhexacyanoferrate(II);—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfur;—mixturesofchlorateswithsulfides;—leadorleadcompounds;—mercurycompounds;—whitephosphorus;—picratesorpicricacid;—potassiumchloratewithamassfractionofbromatesgreaterthan0,15%;—sulfurwithanacidity,expressedinmassfractionofsulphuricacid,greaterthan0,002%;—zirconiumwithaparticlesizeoflessthan40μm.NOTEInEN14035-2,aerialwheelsareclassifiedasfollows:—briefdescription:tubescontainingpropellantcharges,sparks,flameand/ornoiseproducingpyrotechniccompositions,thetubesbeingfixedtoasupportring;—principaleffects:rotationandascent,withemissionofsparksandflames,producingavisualand/orauraleffectintheair.SchemesfortypetestingofaerialwheelsandbatchtestingofaerialwheelsarespecifiedinannexAandannexBrespectively.
