【摘要】:TheSchobTypereboundpendulumisdesignedtomeasurethepercentageresilienceofarubbercompoundasanindicationofhystereticenergylossthatcanalsobedefinedbytherelationshipbetweenstoragemodulusandlossmodulus.Thepercentreboundmeasuredisinverselyproportionaltothehystereticloss.4.1.1Percentageresilienceorreboundresiliencearecommonlyusedinqualitycontroltestingofpolymersandcompoundingchemicals.4.1.2Reboundresilienceisdeterminedbyafreelyfallingpendulumhammerthatisdroppedfromagivenheightthatimpactsatestspecimenandimpartstoitacertainamountofenergy.Aportionofthatenergyisreturnedbythespecimentothependulumandmaybemeasuredbytheextenttowhichthependulumrebounds,wherebytherestoringforceisdeterminedbygravity.4.1.2.1Sincetheenergyofthependulumisproportionaltotheverticalcomponentofthedisplacementofthependulum,itmaybeexpressedas1x2013;cos(oftheangleofdisplacement)andpercentagereboundresilience.RB,commonlycalledpercentagerebound,isdeterminedfromtheequation:4.1.2.2Thereboundresiliencemaybecalculatedas:where:h
