【摘要】:Livestakingisasoilbioengineeringtechniqueusedtoprovideerosionandsedimentationcontrolafterplantshavebecomefullyestablishedbyincreasinginfiltration,slowingorredirectingrunoff,andtrappingseedandsediments.Asuccessfullivestakingapplicationprovidesmechanicalsurfaceslopestabilization,aesthetics,waterqualityandhabitatenhancement.Theabilityoflivestakingtofunctionproperlydependsonthequalityandcorrectnessofthematerialsutilized,themeansandmethodsofinstallation,andproperconsiderationofsitecharacteristics.Itisimperativethatthelivestakingdevelopsrootandtopgrowth.1.1Thispracticecoversthematerial,preparationandinstallationworkrequiredforlivestakeconstruction.1.2ThevaluesinthisstandardareinSIunitsandaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thispracticeoffersasetofinstructionsforperformingoneormorespecificoperations.Thisdocumentcannotreplaceeducationorexperienceandshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithprofessionaljudgment.Notallaspectsofthispracticemaybeapplicableinallcircumstances.ThisASTMstandardisnotintendedtorepresentorreplacestandardofcarebywhichadequacyofagivenprofessionalservicemustbejudged,norshouldthisdocumentbeappliedwithoutconsiderationsofaproject''smanyuniqueaspects.Thewordx201C;standardx201D;inthetitleofthisdocumentmeansonlythatthedocumenthasbeenapprovedthroughtheASTMconsensusprocess.1.4Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
