【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardidentifies,definesandprovidesstructuretotherelationshipsandinteractionsbetweenaninformationproducerandanarchive.ThisInternationalStandarddefinesthemethodologyforthestructureofactionsthatarerequiredfromtheinitialtimeofcontactbetweentheproducerandthearchiveuntiltheobjectsofinformationarereceivedandvalidatedbythearchive.Theseactionscoverthefirststageoftheingestprocessasdefinedintheopenarchivalinformationsystem(OAIS)referencemodel(seeISO14721).ThisInternationalStandarddescribespartsofthefunctionalentitiesadministration(‘negotiatesubmissionagreement’)andingest(‘receivesubmission’and‘qualityassurance’).Thescopeandfieldofapplicationarefurthermoredetailedinsubclauses1.1and1.2oftheenclosedCCSDSpublication.
