【摘要】:Amethodisspecifiedforcomparingthemeanofapopulationofdifferenceswithzerooranyotherpreassignedvalue.Itmaybeappliedtoestablishadifferencebetweentwotreatments,where"treatment"shouldbeunderstoodinawidesense,e.g.asatestmethod,measuringinstrumentorlaboratoryinvolved,andisapplicableundertheconditionsthattheseriesofdifferencescanbeconsideredasaseriesofindependentrandomitemsandthedistributionofthedifferencesisnormalorapproximatelynormal.Ifthedistributiondeviatesfromthenormal,itremainsvalidprovidedthesamplesizeissufficientlylarge(100andmore).

【摘要】:ThisinternationalStandardspecifiesquantitativetestmethodstodeterminetheantibacterialactivityofantibacterialfinishedtextileproductsincludingnonwovens.ThisinternationalStandardisapplicabletoalltextileproducts,includingcloth,wadding,threadandmaterialforclothing,homefurnishingsandmiscellaneousgoodsregardlessofthetypeofantibacterialagentused(organic,inorganic,naturalorman-made)orthemethodofapplication(built-in,after-treatmentorgrafting).Basedontheintendedapplicationandontheenvironmentinwhichthetextileproductistobeused,theusercanselectthemostsuitableofthefollowingthreemethodsondeterminationofantibacterialactivity:a)absorptionmethod(anevaluationmethodinwhichtestbacterialsuspensionisinoculateddiectlyontosamples);b)transfermethod(anevaluationmethodinwhichtestbacteriaareplacedonanagarplateandtransferredontosamples);c)printingmethod(anevaluationmethodinwhichtestbacteriaareplacedonafilterandprintedontosamples).ThecolonyplatecountmethodandtheATP(ATP=AdenosineTri-phosphate)luminescencemethodarealsospecifiedformeasuringtheenumerationofbacteria.
